Tip
If you’ve forgotten your Master Password and you have a recovery code, you can go to “My Account” and use the recovery code to change your Master Password without losing any of your encrypted data. If you use the mobile app and have your Master Password linked to your fingerprint or Touch ID / Face ID, you can go to your mobile device to recover your Master Password via biometric authentication.
If you don’t have a recovery code and don’t have your Master Password linked to your fingerprint, you’ll have to go to “My Account” and reset it.
Warning
Be careful, resetting your Master Password will have some irreversible consequences as you won’t be able to decrypt any of the data that was encrypted before (including your passwords). Please only do this as a last resort.

If you remember them, you can add them back manually to your Password Manager, or, next time you log in to your accounts online, ask Pocket Geek Privacy to save them for you.
-
If you don’t remember them, go to the relevant website and click on "forgot password". They’ll help you reset your account credentials, which you can then save back into your Password Manager.
